This is a well made bracelet. It was easy to adjust with the kit that was provided. I was able to wear it day and night without any discomfort. I only removed the bracelet if it would get wet such as showers or swimming. Sadly, I have not noticed much difference in the severe pain in my thumb joint due to arthritis. I will continue to wear the bracelet just because it can be worn as a piece of jewelry or maybe it takes longer to give me some relief. I’m not looking for a cure just some relief from pain. I only gave a four star rating because I noticed no relief in pain.

It does the job. Was large when first purchased, tools came with it to remove links which I did. I’m a little older so working with small items was a little difficult. I finally got everything back together the size I wanted and I’ve been able to wear it for about 6 months now. The pin I inserted didn’t go all the way in (probably my error) so it snags on things occasionally. I never remove the bracelet and I wear it next to my watch with no interference. I do get the green ring on my wrist but this is expected with copper. The ring washes off in the shower easily. I can’t say I love the bracelet however it is my 2nd copper bracelet and I like this style much better than the bangle style. I recommend this bracelet
